Kaziki collects information you provide directly, including:

• Account information (name, email address via Google sign-in)
• Organisation and team membership details
• Task and routine data you create
• Task completion records and activity logs
• Photos uploaded as proof of task completion

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Kaziki task management service
• Authenticate your identity via Google OAuth
• Display task assignments, completions, and team activity
• Sync activity data to Google Sheets when you connect the integration
• Improve our services

3. Google Account Data

When you sign in with Google, we access your name, email address, and profile picture. If you connect the Google Sheets integration, we access your Google Sheets and Google Drive (limited to files created by Kaziki) to sync activity reports. We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain your connection. You can disconnect Google Sheets at any time from your organisation settings.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use PostgreSQL databases hosted on Railway and application hosting on Vercel. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth for authentication
• Google Sheets API and Google Drive API for activity report syncing
• Railway for database hosting
• Vercel for application hosting

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Task and activity data is shared only within your organisation as part of the service. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the service (see Third-Party Services above) or as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Disconnect third-party integrations (Google Sheets)
• Revoke Google access via your Google Account settings

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised data may be retained for analytics purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website.
