By accessing or using Kaziki, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Kaziki is a task management platform designed for hospitality teams and facilities managers. It provides recurring task assignment, completion tracking, routines, and optional Google Sheets reporting integration.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials (PIN or Google account) secure
• Not share your account with unauthorized users
• Notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or files

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you create in Kaziki, including tasks, routines, and uploaded photos. By using our service, you grant us a license to store and process your data for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Google Integration

If you connect Google Sheets integration, Kaziki will create and update a spreadsheet in your Google Drive. You can disconnect this integration at any time. Kaziki only accesses files it creates and does not access your other Google Drive files.

7. Payments and Pricing

Kaziki offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, pricing is per user per month or a flat rate for unlimited users. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kaziki is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Organisation administrators may remove users from their organisation at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
